LM5000燃机振动研究

摘    要:燃气轮机发电机组振动高问题比较常见,原因也比较复杂,通过对LM5000燃气轮机474—142号机组高压压气机振动高进行原因分析,并通过现场动平衡的方法来降低高压压气机的振动。

Abstract:High vibration of the LM5000 gas turbine engine occurs frequently in power generation field. Given in this paper are some causes of and corresponding solutions to the LM5000 gas turbine high vibration including shafts misalignment between the output of LM5000 engine and electric generator, rotated stall and surge of LM5000 high pressure compressor and unbalance of LM5000 rotor. Finally the root cause of unbalance of LM5000 high pressure compressor was found and the high vibration was solved through trim-balance on site.
