基于旧城改造小区物业管理问题研究

随着新建小区物业管理的发展和规范,物业管理显示出来的优越性越来越明显.但旧城改造小区,由于它的特殊性,无论是沿袭旧的管理方法还是引进新的管理模式,均没有达到预期效果,形成物业管理的真空地带.笔者就旧城改造小区的物业管理现状,分别从政府、物业管理公司及业主三方面进行剖析,得出旧城改造小区物业管理的发展的相关对策,以引起政府及各界对旧城改造工作更深层的关注.
