| 摘 要： | 本文利用反应系数法对节能建筑保温外墙，屋顶的年采暖耗热量进行了动态计算和保温，节能分析。提出了外墙和屋顶保温层厚度均处于高灵敏厚度范围之内才能达到高效节能的目的。

| Abstract: | In this papar, the yearly heat consumption through thermal insulation walls and roof in energy-saving building is dynamically calculated and analysed by thermal response factor method. It is brought forward that in order to achive high effective energy-saving that the insulation thickness of wall or roof being inside the limit value of high sensibilityis critical. |
