| 摘 要： | 目的测定金盏银盘茎和叶中总黄酮的含量。方法采用80%乙醇提取,三氯化铝显色,波长415nm处测定吸光度。结果金盏银盘总黄酮含量茎中为0.47%,叶中为2.54%。结论三氯化铝法测定金盏银盘中总黄酮含量,操作简便,结果可靠,可用于鬼针草类生药及制剂总黄酮的含量测定及质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the total amount of flavones in the leaves and stalks of Bidens biternata. Methods The stalks and leaves of Bidens biternata were extracted with ethanol of 80%, the extracts were colorated with AlCl3 , then the absorbance at 415 nm was determined. Results The total amount of flavones was 0.47% in stalks and 2.54% in leaves. Conclusion The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate. It can be used to determine the total amount of flavones and control the quality of Bidens L.. |
