摘    要:文章结合中石化塔河炼化加制氢车间生产实践中,往复式压缩机(制氢原料气压缩机)出现的故障以及处理故障的方法,对往复式压缩机振动故障原因进行系统分析,采取相应措施,以便正确操作、维护设备,提高设备运转率,进而确保装置长周期平稳运行,为安全生产和经济效益的实现提供保障。

Abstract:Combining with sinopec tahe refining and hydrogen production workshop production practice, the reciprocating compressor (hydrogen production raw material gas compressor) appears the fault and failure of the processing method, system analysis was carried out on the reciprocating compressor vibration fault reason, adopt corresponding measures, in order to correct operation, maintenance equipment, improve equipment availability, which ensure the unit running smoothly for a long period of time, to guarantee the realization of the safety production and economic benefits.
