| 摘 要： | 影响ＣＩＭＳ因素中７０％与人的因素有关。本文从几个方面论述了人的资源是ＣＩＭＳ中最主要的资源；指出实施ＣＩＭＳ切忌全盘自动化，而应重视人在系统中的作用；强调了人应闭环在ＣＩＭＳ中，人是实现ＣＩＭＳ的关键。
