枸杞多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:以宁夏枸杞为原料,用水提法对其多糖成分进行提取。以葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸法进行含量测定。利用L9(34)正交设计实验,按温度、提取时间、料水比三个因素,每个因素三个水平进行设计,优化提取枸杞多糖的最佳工艺。实验结果为提取温度50℃,料水质量比为1:30,提取时间2h。在最佳提取工艺条件下,枸杞多糖提取率为4.88%。平均回收率为97.97%,相对标准偏差RSD=0.74%(n=5)。
