摘    要:针对常规温度测量系统在扩展性和环境适应性等方面无法适应装甲车辆长期车载测试需要的问题,分析了温度测量原理及导致测量精度下降的原因,提出了基于MC9 S12 DT128单片机和AD7794芯片自身封装资源的多路温度测量系统.通过标定建立"码值-阻值"对应关系,经查表获得实测温度值,给出了使用AD7794实现温度采集的关键...

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of multi-channel temperature measurement in the field of armored vehicle test evaluation and condition monitoring,a project based on MC9S12DT128 and AD7794 is proposed,which can be extended by the CAN-bus.The principle of temperature measurement was analyzed,and the key circuit and some soft codes for temperature acquisition using AD7794 were given.The setting method of the mode register and configuration register of AD7794 and the measurement flow chart were described.The experimental and practical application results show that the system has high precision,low cost,good extensibility,strong adaptability to harsh environments,and high reliability,which can be widely used in other fields.
