食品中霉菌和酵母菌计数的检测能力验证结果分析

摘    要:目的分析食品中霉菌和酵母菌计数的检测能力验证的结果。方法依据GB 4789.15—2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验霉菌和酵母计数》和食品中霉菌和酵母菌计数的检测能力验证(第一轮)ACAS-PT899 (2020)]的指导书,对2份测试样品进行稀释、培养、计数。结果样品20-C229的检测结果:霉菌780CFU/mL,酵母菌70CFU/mL,霉菌和酵母菌850CFU/mL;样品20-K432的检测结果:霉菌1200 CFU/mL,酵母菌580 CFU/mL,霉菌和酵母菌1800 CFU/mL。经评价, 2个考核样品|Z|均小于2.0,结果评价均为满意。结论本实验室具备食品中霉菌和酵母菌计数的检测能力。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective Through participating in the acas-pt899 (2020) testing ability of mould and yeast count in food (the first round) organized by China Academy of inspection and Quarantine Science and technology, in order to improve the inspection and detection ability of mold and yeast count in food of our laboratory, improve the technical ability of inspectors, enhance the core competitiveness of the laboratory, assess the detection ability level of the laboratory, and ensure the experiment Effective operation of room management system. Methods According to GB 4789.2-2016 "national food safety standard for microbiological examination of food, determination of total bacterial count" and acas-pt899 (2020) operation instruction for verification of detection ability of molds and yeasts in food (the first round), two test samples were diluted, cultured and counted. Results There are 2 samples in this test. The detection results of sample 20-C229: mold 780CFU/mL, yeast 70CFU/mL, mold and yeast 850CFU/mL, sample 20-K432: mold 1200CFU/mL yeast 580CFU/mL, mold and yeast 1800CFU/mL. According to the evaluation of the organizer, the | Z | of the two assessment samples were all less than 2.0, and the evaluation results were satisfactory. Conclusion the laboratory has the ability to detect the count of mold and yeast in food.
