基于磁极参数的表贴式永磁同步电机齿槽转矩研究

摘    要:齿槽转矩是永磁电机的重要问题之一,削弱齿槽转矩可以减少转矩脉动、降低电磁噪声、提高电机运行稳定性。基于磁极参数对表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)的齿槽转矩进行了研究,基于能量法和傅里叶分解推导了不同永磁体模型下的齿槽转矩公式。研究发现,磁极参数的改变影响永磁体剩磁在气隙中分布和气隙相对磁导率的大小,进而改变齿槽转矩的大小。然后结合有限元方法对不同永磁体模型下的电机齿槽转矩进行了仿真分析,发现削极结构和组合磁极对齿槽转矩削弱明显,并通过有限元方法优化了这2种结构的磁极参数,最后分析对电机其他性能的影响。研究表明,合理地选择永磁体参数可以在确保电机性能的同时显著降低齿槽转矩。

Abstract:Cogging torque is one of the important problems of permanent magnet motors. Weakening the cogging torque can reduce torque ripple, reduce electromagnetic noise, and improve motor stability. The cogging torque of the surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) is studied based on magnetic pole parameters. Based on the energy method and Fourier decomposition, the cogging torque formulas under different permanent magnet models are derived. It is found that the change of magnetic pole parameters affects the permanent magnet remanence distribution in the air gap and the relative permeability of the air gap, thereby changing the cogging torque. Then combined with the finite element method, the cogging torque of different permanent magnet models is simulated and analyzed. It is found that the pole cut structure and combined magnetic poles significantly weaken the cogging torque. The magnetic pole parameters of these two structures are optimized by the finite element method. The influence of magnetic pole parameters on other performances of the motor is analyzed. The result shows that reasonable selection of permanent magnet parameters can significantly reduce cogging torque while ensuring motor performance.
