Abstract:Bidirectional LLC resonant converter Can realize bidirectional flow of energy. It has a high conversion efficiency and is widely used in the field of new energy. But it have two resonant inductors in transformer each hand, which increases the volume of converter and does not meet the requirements of high power density. At the same time, the increase of the magnetic component will reduce the efficiency of converter. In view of the above problems, the paper analyzes the working principle and the main working waveforms of the bidirectional LLC resonant converter in detail, and chooses the appropriate scheme to design the two resonant inductors by magnetic integration. On the basis of ensuring that the converter can achieve ZVS, the two resonant inductors are integrated. Finally, a prototype of 48~400V/1kW output is built, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified, The experimental results show that the proposed scheme effectively reduces the converter size and improves the efficiency of the converter without affecting the operating characteristics.
