基于温度场与热流密度的储粮仓型研究

摘    要:现阶段我国粮仓型式、所用材料多种多样,取得的储粮效果不尽相同.通过建立不同加热方式、不同保温措施的实验模式,研究了粮温和热流量变化规律,并在实仓中进行了测试验证,在采取适合的保温材料、气密性等干预措施下,可改变原有温度场数学模型,消除储粮隐患,为选择适合于粮食安全储存要求的储粮型式、围护材料提供参考.

Study on Grain Storage Type Based on Temperature Field and Heat Flux Density
Abstract:At present, the forms and materials of granaries in China are various, and the effects of grain storage are different. Through the establishment of different heating methods, different heat preservation measures of the experimental model, the grain temperature and heat flow change law was studied, and was tested and verified in the actual warehouse, taking appropriate heat preservation materials, air tightness and other intervention measures, can change the original temperature field mathematical model, eliminate the hidden dangers of grain storage, which provides reference for selecting grain storage mode and enclosure material suitable for food security storage requirements.
