摘    要:目的 为了解决目前航空行李自助托运过程中采用手动贴标而造成效率低的问题,实现行李托运的全过程自助服务,提高行李的托运效率,提出并设计一种面向航空旅客行李的自动贴标系统。方法 在机械设计方面,根据行李贴标要求和机场环境因素,设计一种纯电动驱动的行李自动贴标机,利用滚压法完成标签的粘贴;在控制方面,通过分析贴标流程,提出一种以单片机和PC机为核心的行李自动贴标控制系统,并进行相应的软件设计。结果 通过实验验证,设定系统的贴标压力值为10 N,精度为±1 N时,贴标机对不同材质的行李箱均能实现稳定粘贴,且贴标效果良好,能够满足功能需求。结论 行李自动贴标机能完成对多数不同材料、大小行李贴标的任务,显著提高了行李托运的效率,具有一定的实际应用意义。

Abstract:The paper aims to solve the problem of low efficiency caused by manual labeling in the process of air baggage self-service check-in at present, fully achieve the self-service and improve the efficiency of baggage check-in, design and propose an automatic labeling system for air passenger baggage. In terms of mechanical structure, an automatic baggage labeling machine driven by pure electricity was designed according to the requirements of baggage labeling and airport environment, and the label was pasted by rolling; in terms of control, an automatic labeling control system based on single chip computer and PC was proposed after analyzing the labeling process, and the corresponding software was designed. The related experiment showed that when setting the system''s labeling pressure value to 10 N and the accuracy to ±1 N, the labeling machine can achieve stable labeling and have a good labeling effect on different baggage materials, which can meet the functional requirements. The automatic baggage labeling machine can complete the task of labeling most baggage of different materials and sizes. It significantly improves the efficiency of baggage check-in, and has great practical application significance.
