摘    要:为准确合理评估实战化条件下部队装备器材保障方案的优劣,提出基于改进TOPSIS 法的装备器材保障方案评估方法。依据实战化条件下部队装备器材保障方案的特点建立评估指标,采用灰色关联度确定各个评估指标的权重,运用改进TOPSIS 法对方案进行评估。结果表明:该方法评价结果准确、评估过程步骤少、计算简单可靠,能很好地反映实战化条件下装备器材保障能力。

Evaluation of Military Equipment Materiel Support Plan Under Actual CombatConditions Based on Improved TOPSIS Method
Abstract:In order to accurately and reasonably evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of military equipment materialsupport programs under actual combat conditions, an evaluation method for equipment material support programs based onthe improved TOPSIS method is proposed. Based on the characteristics of the army equipment material support plan underactual combat conditions, evaluation indicators are established, the gray correlation degree is used to determine the weightof each evaluation index, and the improved TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the plan. The results show that the methodhas accurate evaluation results, few steps in the evaluation process, simple and reliable calculation, and can well reflect theequipment material support capabilities under actual combat conditions.
