| 摘 要： | 为提高枪弹制造的生产效率，以重庆长江电工工业集团有限公司使用的智能制造系统为例，介绍智能制
造在枪弹制造业内的应用。对枪弹智能制造发展现状进行分析，将整个智能化制造系统分为枪弹部件制造、底火生
产和枪弹装配3 个模块，分别以企业中对应的3 个模块生产过程为例分析智能化制造系统的应用情况，并对枪弹智
能化制造系统导入前后的效益进行对比。通过智能制造系统的引入，能完成管理、设计、数据和机器的互通，可持
续对生产过程和产品质量进行监控，并共享实时监控数据。

Application of Intelligent Manufacturing System in Ammunition Industry |

| Abstract: | This article introduce the application of intelligent manufacturing system to improve the production
efficiency in the ammunition manufacturing industry, which used by Chongqing Changjiang Electrician Industry Group Co.,
Ltd. Analyzed the development situation of intelligent ammunition manufacturing, divided the entire intelligent
manufacturing system into 3 modules: ammunition manufacturing, primer production and ammunition assembly, and
analyzed the application of the intelligent manufacturing system corresponding 3 modules in the enterprise, finally
compared the advancement before and after the application of the intelligent bullet manufacturing system. Through the
application of the intelligent manufacturing system, it can connect management, design, data and machines, and
continuously monitor the production process and product quality, and share real-time monitoring data. |
