摘    要:智能变电站具备信息物理融合系统特征,其可靠性评估应从信息物理系统视角展开。分析了智能变电站物理侧和信息侧的可靠性因素及其相互影响,提出了考虑设备重要度的二次设备可靠性指标和考虑传输数据可靠性的通信链路可靠性指标,并给出了设备重要度的层次分析模型;指出智能变电站可靠性评估应考虑电网扰动和复杂运行状态对量测信息正确性的影响,且信息侧及信息-物理交互影响对智能变电站可靠性影响的问题可以转换为测量和控制报文可靠性对断路器动作可靠性影响的分析问题,进而提出了考虑信息侧影响和信息-物理交互影响的断路器等效可靠性计算方法;在此基础上,给出了基于贝叶斯网络的智能变电站可靠性评估方法。最后,通过算例验证了文中方法的合理性。

Abstract:Smart substation has the characteristics of cyber-physical system (CPS). Thus its reliability evaluation should be conducted from the overall perspective of CPS. Firstly, reliability factors on the physical side and cyber side of smart substation, and the interaction between them are analyzed. The reliability index of the cyber equipment considering the equipment importance and the reliability index of communication links considering the reliability of the data transmission are proposed. Meanwhile, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model of the importance degree of cyber equipment is presented. Then, it is pointed out that the reliability evaluation of smart substation should consider the effect of power grid disturbance and complicated operation states on the correctness of measurement information. Moreover, the problem that the effect of the cyber side and cyber-physical interactions on the reliability of smart substations can be converted into the problem for analyzing the effect of measurement and control messages on circuit breaker (CB) operation. Finally, the equivalent reliability calculation methods of CB considering the effect of the cyber side and cyber-physical interactions are put forward. Based on this, the reliability evaluation method of smart substation based on Bayes network method is given, and the rationality of the proposed method is verified through the case study.
