摘    要:针对数字式比例控制放大器和模拟式比例控制放大器在实际工程应用中的不足,提出一种基于MC9 S12 XS128单片机的模数混合式比例控制放大器.其控制算法通过模数混合PID控制器来实现,单片机对模数混合PID控制器中数字电位器的值进行调节并记忆存储.利用Tina仿真软件,对模数混合式比例控制放大器电路进行了仿真.该电路已...

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of digital proportional control amplifier and analog proportional control amplifier in practical engineering applications,an analog-digital hybrid proportional control amplifier based on MC9S12XS128 microcontroller is proposed.The control algorithm is realized by the analog-digital hybrid PID controller.The value of the digital potentiometer in the analog-digital hybrid PID controller is adjusted by the MCU through the I2C bus and stored in memory.The circuit of the analog-digital hybrid proportional control amplifier was simulated with a Tina software.The circuit has been tested in practice.From the simulation research and experimental test,it can be concluded that the analog-digital hybrid proportional control amplifier based on MC9S12XS128 meets the design requirements.The research results provide a basis for the design and development of analog-digital hybrid proportional control amplifiers.
