基于有限元分析的发动机罩拓扑优化设计

摘    要:建立了某轿车发动机罩有限元模型,对其进行了模态分析计算,得到发动机罩的固有频率和振型.在此基础上建立了基于变密度法的拓扑优化设计数学模型,运用HYPERMESH软件对发动机罩进行了拓扑优化设计,研究了发动机罩最优的加强筋布局形式,使得结构的低阶模态频率提高2HZ,提高了发动机罩的动态刚度,解决了发动机怠速时发动机罩的振动问题.

Abstract:FEM model was built and model analysis was executed for the engine hood of an Auto,summarized the natural frequencies and vibration type.The topological optimization mathematical model was created with the variable-density method.Engine hood of this Auto was optimized with HYPERMESH software,the best of ribs were designed,lower model frequencies were increased by bit more than 2 HZ.,the vibration of engine hood as engine is idling was reduced and the stiffness of engine hood was increased.
