| 摘 要： | 通过AOD炉的冶炼特点,分析AOD炉的侵蚀机理。通过对炉衬材质合理选择及砌筑、冶炼工艺优化、生产组织改进等方面进行研究,在实践中不断改进,使180 t AOD炉炉龄得到稳步提高。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of AOD furnace smelting, the reasonable choice and masonry of lining material, smelting process optimization and improvement of production organizations are reseached for analysis of erosion mechanism AOD furnace in this paper. The furnace age of 180 t AOD furnace is steadily increased after continuous improvement in practice with the reseach. |
