无取向硅钢冶炼过程中的回硫控制

摘    要:针对太钢炼钢二厂冶炼无取向硅钢主要工序中出现的回硫现象,通过理论分析,探讨影响回硫的因素,并对实际操作过程的回硫现象进行控制。生产实践表明:在复合喷吹预处理过程中,应尽量将脱硫渣扒除干净,减少残渣进入转炉;在转炉顶底复合吹炼过程中,应选用优质的低硫废钢,并合理控制转炉终渣成分和终点温度;在RH精炼过程中,应控制好炉渣氧化性及脱硫剂的使用,可减少回硫现象的发生。

Control on Resulfurization of Non-oriented Silicon Steel in the Process of Production

Abstract:Aiming at resulfurization phenomenon of non-oriented silicon steel in the main process of production in Taiyuan iron and steel (Group) Co. Ltd., through theoretical analysis, the influence factors of resulfurization are discussed, and the operation process is controled. The desulfurization slag should be scraping clean after composite spraying pretreatment. The residual slag should avoid into the converter. High quality low sulfur scrap steel is added into the converter, and final slag composition and temperature were contraled. The slag oxidation and desulfurizer should be reasonable contral in the RH refining process. These can reduce the occurrence of resulfurization phenomenon.
