双相不锈钢在含氯介质中的应用探讨

摘    要:通用的304L、316L等奥氏体不镑钢在含氯介质中的耐局部腐蚀性能较差,常见的破坏形态是点腐蚀。介绍了双相不镑钢的特性,阐述其抗局部腐蚀性能,尽管双相不镑钢的板材和管材目前主要还依赖进口。价格较高。一次性投资高,但因提高了装置的开工率,技术经济综合指标较好。

Abstract:The resistance to local corrosion by common austenitic stainless steel such as 304L and 316L in Cl-containing media is poor,and the frequently seen damage form is spot corrosion.The property of biphase stainless steel is outlined and its resistance to local corrosion is described.Though biphase stainless steel plate materials and pipe materials mainly reply on import currently,and the price is high,the initial investment is high,it offers good technical economic comprehensive index because it increases the plant on-stream rate.
