| 摘 要： | 在分析几种常规厚度控制系统的基础上,重点介绍了流量厚度控制系统的原理及在250 mm可逆铜轧机应用中的一些特点,即采用高精度编码器测量带材轧制速度;提出厚差信息离散化处理方法用以实现前馈厚差数据传送;以及采用小步长积分逐步逼进调节的方式,实现监控修正调节。

| Abstract: | On the base of analysis of several normal thickness control system,the principle of mass flow AGC and its characteristics of application in 250mm reversing copper strip mill are introduced in emphases.The point included three parts.Rolling speed is measured by high precision coder;feedforward data transfer is realized by a new method of discretion for thickness error;and feedback control is realized by the method of using small step integral to approach aim. |
