电源产品元器件不合格的工程改进

摘    要:电源产品生产中插件和焊锡后的元器件不合格易产生品质隐患,影响电源产品性能,本文研究了插件工程和焊锡工程元器件不合格中,排第一位的电容不露元件脚的不合格品,分析了不合格集中的位置和原因,针对不合格原因,调整了治具和材料规格,大幅降低了工程不合格率,获得较好的效果。

Abstract:The unqualified plug-in unit and components after soldering would be caused easily the quality problems in the production process of power products, and would effected the properties of power products. This paper measured the unqualified products that the capacitor was not exposed components foot, those unqualified products was the largest proportion of unqualified plug-in unit and components after soldering. The unqualified position and cause were analysed. The jigs and materials specifications were adjusted, due to the unqualified cause. The unqualified rate of power products would greatly reduced.
