基于DSP的中频感应加热电源频率跟踪技术研究

摘    要:为解决中频感应加热电源整流侧不控整流浪涌现象和可控整流网侧谐波污染大的问题,提出整流侧半控整流的方法,实现整流侧软启动和软关断;根据感应加热电源频率与相位差的关系,采用嵌入式控制器DSPTMS320LF2407A作为控制核心实现感应加热电源数字锁相环DPLL分段进行频率跟踪的策略,并利用MATLAB进行仿真,样机和仿真分析结果验证设计方法可行。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the surge harmonic and large harmonic pollution phenomena, the approach of half-controlled bridge rectifier which can achieved soft turn-on and soft turn-off was proposed. According to frequency and phase difference of the relationship, digital phase locked loop was realizede in subsection by DSP TMS320LF2407A which was used as the core of the system. The results of simulation and prototype test indicated that the designing theory used is correct and appropriate.
