| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前石油库油罐类型的选择、储油罐位置的选择、防火堤的设置以及罐区防雷、防火能力等方面存在的几点不安全因素进行分析,提出油库安全运行措施和今后油库建设中应注意的事项。

| Abstract: | Safety measures for crude storage operation and matters needed attended in the future crude storage construction are pointed out according to analysis of unsafety factors of: type selection of the current running crude storage tank in China, loction selection of oil tank of crude storage, installation of fire bank and thunder proof in tank farm, and fire prevention capacity. |
