基于泵控制阀的轨压控制仿真研究

摘    要:为研究柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射系统共轨压力(轨压)波动,在系统的物理和数学模型的基础上,讨论并制定了吸油行程控制方式以及模糊-PID控制策略,设计了适应于吸油行程控制方式的泵控制阀结构;采用面向对象的可视化仿真软件,从物理模型出发建立了高压共轨燃油喷射系统仿真模型;并根据控制方式,用Matlab/Simulink软件建立起相应的模糊-PID控制模块;最后运用燃油系统仿真软件与Matlab/Simulink的接口,建立6缸柴油机轨压实时控制系统.输入仿真参数、运行模型,模拟了共轨管内的燃油压力.结果表明:所制定的吸油行程控制方式以及模糊-PID 控制策略能使轨压在各种转速及设定压力下稳定在设定值3%的范围之内.
