风景旅游生命力研究与应用--以菊花岛风景旅游区规划生命力分析评价为例

基于AVC三力理论，围绕风景旅游生命力的研究深化，着重于研究影响生命力的主观与客观原因及其关系。结合辽宁菊花岛的项目实践，从客观、主观、主客观相结合以及相关因素四个方面，详细分析了风景旅游生命力的影响因素、测介标准；从定性、定量及定性与定量相结合三方面分析了生命力指标体系的基本构架地挖掘、塑造、提升风景与旅游生命力提供借鉴依据。

Research and Application of Vitality of Landscape and Tourism--Case Study on Analysis and Evaluation of Vitality of Juhua Island Landscape and Tourism Area Planning

Based on AVC theory, focusing on the research of vitality of landscape and tourism, the relationship of vitality objects and tourism vitality subjects has been analyzed mainly. Based on the project of Juhua island tourism plan, from four aspects of objective, subjective, objective & subjective, and correlative factors, the impact factors and evaluation criteria of landscape and tourism attraction have been analyzed in detail. The basic framework of system of vitality's guideline has been analyzed from three aspects of qualitative, quantitative, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis. Through this research, the authors want to supply the basis as reference for digging, shaping, and upgrading tourism vitality in system in future relative planning.
