锅炉总燃料跳闸保护回路在线试验方案设计

摘    要:沙角A电厂锅炉炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)没有在线逻辑试验功能。为了保证机组更安全地运行,进行了炉膛安全监控系统中总燃料跳闸停炉保护回路的在线试验方案设计。以沙角A电厂200MW机组为例,对总燃料跳闸保护逻辑进行了分析,设计了总燃料跳闸保护输入和输出回路的在线试验方案,论证方案的可行性及存在的风险。增加在线试验系统后,可在机组运行中随时在线检验总燃料跳闸保护回路输入一输出通道的可靠性。满足机组安全性评价的要求。

Abstract:The furnace safety supervisory system(FSSS) in Shajiao A Power Station lacks the function of on-line logic test.To further ensure the safety of the units,an on-line test scheme is designed for the protective circuit of master fuel trip(MFT) in the FSSS.Taking the 200 MW units in Shajiao A Power Station for example,an analysis is made of the MFT protective logic,and an on-line test scheme is designed for MFT protective input and output circuit.The feasibility and possible risks thereof are demonstrated.After adding the on-line test system,the reliability of the input/output channels of MFT protective circuit can be checked on line at any moment in the operation of the units,which meets the requirements of unit safety evaluation.
