炼铁高炉铁水沟闸防尘罩的设计

摘    要:该工作在高炉铁支沟处设计并制作了可移动耐高温轻质防尘罩。该防尘罩采用"格子体"结构,表面层和"格子体"材料选用高温耐腐蚀的不锈钢薄板和方形管材,并以耐高温轻质材料作为填充物,外形分为弧形结构、梯形结构,架构连接分为整体式和分体翻板式。试验结果表明,该防尘罩不仅具有很好的防尘效果,而且重量轻、利于移动,并具有保温隔热功效,很好地解决了炼铁厂铁支沟沟闸处的烟尘污染问题。

Abstract:The work designed and manufactured a removable, heat-resistant and portable dustprcof for the iron branch channel. The dustproof has a grid structure and is filled with heat. resistant material. We choose stainless steel plate and foursquare steel tube as the surface layer and the grid material respectively. The shape of dustproof includes arc structure and trapezoid structure, and the configuration includes holistic model and fission model, The test result indicates that the dustproof worked efficiently, is light and easy to he moved, and it also has a function of heat preservation and heat insulation. The dustproof solved the root pollution from the iron branch channel in puddling plant.
