金刚石圆锯片激光焊接强度影响因素的研究

摘    要:焊接强度是保证金刚石圆锯片使用安全的关键,而激光焊接强度明显高于高频焊接强度。研究了影响激光焊接强度的几个关键因素,设计了4个符合要求的刀头过渡层配方,优选了激光焊接工艺参数的合理选择范围,为激光焊接金刚石圆锯片生产工艺提供了设计依据。

Abstract:The welding strength is the key for safe use of diamond circular saw blades, and the welding strength of laser welded diamond saw blade is obviously higher than that of high-frequency welded diamond saw blade. Some key factors affecting laser welding strength were studied and four eligible segnent pad formulas were designed, the appropriated ranges of laser welding technique parameters also were optimized, which provided the basis for designing manufacturing technique of laser welded diamond saw blades.
