海上飞行目标过靶实况观测设计与实现

摘    要:海上飞行目标过靶实况观测,采用高速摄像和常速摄像相结合的摄录方式,摄像机加装在云台上,船载设备采用黑匣子实时图像存储技术,利用靶场现有遥测遥控装备信道完成实时图像信息的传输及开关机、记录和停止等控制,通过地面遥测遥控装备完成图像信息的接收解调处理及传送到指控中心,供指挥员实时观测目标过靶情况和打击效果,黑匣子数据供事后图像处理分析。

Abstract:The live observation to the aero target on the sea,adopts the manner of high-speed photography and common-speed photography,with vidicon installed on pan/tilt head.The shipboard equipment adopts real-time image storing technique,makes use of the channel of current telemetry and telecontrol(TT & C) equipment to accomplish transmission,record and on-off control of the real-time image information,makes use of TT & C equipment to accomplish receiving,demodulation and transmission of image information,offers information of target and effect of striking for comparison.In addition,the data in black casket is used for post analysis.
