摘    要:将离心甩片法应用于锆合金熔炼,提出采用Zr/Cu复合板代替纯铜板作为水冷转盘及水冷收料箱的材料,并从厚度设计、水冷转盘的速度设计、锆中间合金液的流量以及冷却水流量等方面,讨论了Zr/Cu复合板应用于该装置的可行性。

Abstract:This paper describe the centrifugal plate method used in the zirconium alloy melting, proposed using Zr/Cu composite panels instead of pure copper plate material as a water-cooled turntable and water-cooled closed bins, and based on the thickness design, the speed of the water-cooled turntable, zirconium master alloy liquid flow and the cooling water flow to discuss the possibility of Zr/Cu composite panels used in the device.
