摘    要:基于非接触式激光测量仪Gapgun在实际测量车身匹配间隙面差时,测量角度、激光强度及车身颜色等因素,对测量精度具有重大影响,采用了正交试验法进行试验研究,获得了正交试验的最优结果,为企业实际应用提供了理论依据,具有一定工程应用价值。

Abstract:Non-contact laser measuring device (Gap-gun) is applied to the measure the flushness and the gap of finished vehicle. The measuring angle, the laser intensity, and the color of the body determines a lot of the precision of the results as a key factors. In this paper, orthogonal test is used to study the effects of these factors. The test result shows the best combination of the factors and proves to be a valued guidance to engineering.
