摘    要:对高速切削加工的重点关键技术进行分析,指出材料去除的方法、切削刀具的选择与使用,以及高速加工编程会对高速切削产生直接的影响。要实现高速切削这些关键问题需要突破,在对关键技术研究的基础上,针对高速切削CAM编程中存在的加工对象信息不完整性、CAM系统自身存在的问题以及CAD与CAM的连接等问题进行深入剖析并给出相应的对策,为高速切削提供理论基础。

Abstract:The key technology of high-speed machining methods, just like the material moving method, cutting tool selection and its used and high-speed machining programming, which will make an important affection for high-speed cutting and should be solved. The manufacturing object information is not completed for CAM, CAM system itself have own problems, as well as CAD and CAM exit connection con'esponding countermeasures. All of those problems should be researched deeply and provide countermeasures and theory foundation for high-speed cutting.
