摘    要:运用虚拟样机技术,研究了起重机结构及自身总质量对"啃轨"现象的影响,在ADAMS中建立参数化模型,并进行试验设计和优化分析,得到起重机的结构和自身总质量在"啃轨"现象中的影响趋势,对这些影响因素的敏感度完成了评估。

Abstract:Gnawed rail phenomenon is one of the most significant problems when Gantry Crane walking.In order to study the infection,Virtual Prototyping Technology was used to analyze the structure and the total weight,the parametric model was established,the experiment design and optimization study was finished by ADAMS,the effect tendency of the structure and the total weight of the crane impact on gnawed rail was obtained,and also the sensitivity of the factors was assessed.
