油页岩灰渣制备聚合硅酸铝铁絮凝剂的研究

摘    要:以油页岩灰渣为原料制备了高效无机高分子絮凝剂聚合硅酸铝铁(PFAS),研究了聚硅酸(PS)稳定性及PFAS的混凝效果。研究结果表明,当pH小于5.6时,随pH值增大,PS形成速度加快,稳定性降低,pH大于5.6时,溶液在几秒内即出现凝胶。随着温度升高或硫酸浓度增大,PS形成速度加快,稳定性降低。PFAS投加量增加,对炼油废水浊度的去除率不断增加。在PFAS投加量相同时,随着PFAS中(Al+Fe)/Si摩尔比增大,PFAS对炼油废水浊度去除率增大,当n(Al+Fe)/nSi=10/1时,样品性能最优,继续增加(Al+Fe)/Si摩尔比,PFAS絮凝性能降低。

Abstract:The efficient inorganic polymer flocculants polymeric ferric aluminum silicate was prepared from the oil shale ash.The stability of polysilicic acid and the coagulation performance of flocculants were studied.The results show that,as pH is less than 5.6,when pH value increases,the formation of poly-silicic acid accelerates and the stability of polysilicic acid decreases.When pH is bigger than 5.6,the gel appears in the solution in seconds.As the temperature increases or sulfuric acid concentration increases...
