摘    要:建立某飞机作动器橡胶O形圈的二维轴对称模型,借助于大型有限元软件ANSYS,分析油压、内径拉伸率、压缩率和O形圈两侧油压差对O形圈密封性能的影响。结果表明:O形圈最大接触应力随着内径拉伸率的增大而减小,随着压缩率的增大而增大;最大Von Mises应力大小是由油压差决定的,最大接触应力是由O形圈的内侧应力决定的。

Abstract:The two-dimensional axisymmetric model of rubber O-ring of aircraft actuator was established.The influence of hydraulic pressure,inner tensile rate and compression rate,the pressure differential of O-ring on the performance of O-ring seal was analyzed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The results indicate that the maximum contact stress decreases with the increase of inner tensile rate,and increases with the increase of compression rate.The maximum Von Mises stress is decided by the pressure d...
