摘    要:采用计算流体动力学(简称CFD)方法对XYZ-100稀油站所使用的2FXG-32型过滤器内流场进行模拟分析,并根据模拟结果对过滤器结构进行优化。结果表明,经过结构优化后的过滤器减小了漩涡、死水区等水流状况,减少了能量损失;增大了有效过滤面积,提高了过滤效率;优化后过滤器结构紧凑,降低了生产和制造成本。

Abstract:Internal flow field features of 2FXG-32 filter for XYZ-100 lubricant machine was analyzed by using CFD.Structure optimization for filter was carried out based on the results of simulation.The results indicate that the flow phenomenon such as whirlpool and stagnant water zones is decreased,the loss of energy is reduced,the filtration area is increased effectively and the filtration efficiency is improved.The simulated filter has compact structure,the cost of production and manufacture is reduced.
