| 摘 要： | 采用油液分析技术对某钢管厂合金锯齿轮减速机进行状态监测。针对设备出现的异常磨损,利用光谱、铁谱技术对油样进行定量和定性分析,利用理化分析技术分析油样的理化性能,找出设备异常磨损的原因。现场根据诊断结论进行整改,取得良好的实际效果。

| Abstract: | Oil analysis technology was applied to monitor gear reducer of alloy-saw in a steel pipe plant.The reason of abnormal wear of gear reducer was analyzed by utilizing spectroscopy ferrography technology and physico-chemical analysis.Some measures were presented according to the diagnosis conclusion,a good practical result was achieved.our suggestions,managers on job site took correct actions,a good practical result. |
