| 摘 要： | 分析4TH565W100型压缩机频繁卸压的原因,针对不同的原因提出不同的故障排查方法,发现电磁阀所控制的减荷六通阀内4级密封件因结构设计不合理而损坏。对原密封件进行改进设计,消除了故障,保证了机组的正常运行。

| Abstract: | The reason that 4TH565W100 compressors unloaded continually was analyzed and different measures were put forward and carried out.It was found that the surface of the sealed unit in the load relief six-way valve was destructed because of irrational structure design.The structure of the sealed unit was improved,and the failure of compressors was solved. |
