| 摘 要： | 针对深圳市长途大巴柴油机油的更换周期进行研究,对车辆的润滑油进行定期取样、检测,并且对决定润滑油质量的指标参数进行分析。试验结果表明,在整个润滑油使用周期内100℃运动黏度变化率、碱值、正戊烷不溶物、铁含量、酸值增量、闪点、水分等各项指标均没有超出指标范围。润滑油的过早更换,不仅增加用户成本,而且造成资源浪费,文章建议长途大巴公司在原有基础上做出改进,合理延长该类润滑油的更换周期,使得润滑油在充分保护发动机的同时,效能得到最大化利用。

| Abstract: | By testing oil samples regularly and analyzing the parameters determining the engine oil quality,the oil drain intervals of long-distance bus diesel engine oil in Shenzhen was researched.The test results indicated that,within the whole use cycle of engine oil,the rate of change of kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃,base number,n-pentane insoluble,iron content,acid number increment,flash point,and moisture are not beyond the target range;If shortening the oil drain intervals,it would not only increase the customer... |
