| 摘 要： | 用4种复合剂和Ⅲ类基础油调制了满足ACEA规格的轻负荷发动机油,根据试验室试验结果筛选出2种性能优秀的复合剂,用这2种复合剂调油进行轻负荷发动机油高温清净性台架试验,根据台架试验结果确定了复合剂的最终选择方案。通过实车使用试验验证,开发产品的碱保持性、抗氧化性以及抗磨性都能够满足轻负荷柴油发动机10000 km换油期的要求。

| Abstract: | Using four kinds of additive packages and group III base oil developed a series of light duty diesel engine oils which meet the requirement of the ACEA sequence.According to the laboratory test results,two outstanding performance additive packages were selected,and the high temperature detergency of the oils developed by these two additive packages was evaluated.The best performance formulation oil was applied to the road test,the results showed that the retention of TBN,anti-oxidation and anti-wear perform... |
