基于ANSYS的水润滑橡胶合金轴承精密成型模具的优化设计

摘    要:针对某水润滑橡胶合金轴承成型模具无法正常开模的问题,利用ANSYS软件对该模具进行仿真以及压力分析。结果表明,现有注压机上不能实现正常开模工序的原因是注压机的最大顶出压力小于哈夫与中模间的摩擦力。结合模具结构特点,提出了几种优化哈夫结构的措施,通过减少哈夫与中模间的接触面积和减少两者之间的摩擦因数,实现了复合橡胶轴承的顺利生产。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem that a mold of water lubricated rubber-alloy bearing can't be pushed normally,the simulation and pressure analysis on the mold was carried out by ANSYS software.The results show that the reason that the machine can't achieve the normal push process is that the maximum push force of the machine is less than the friction force of the mold.With the mold structure,several measures were proposed to optimize the structure,by reducing the contact area and friction coefficient between huff and ...
