对硝基苯乙醇醚的合成新工艺优化

摘    要:提出以对硝基苯酚和环氧乙烷为原料,在碱性催化剂作用下合成对硝基苯乙醇醚的新工艺.探讨了影响其质量和产率的各种因素,得到最佳工艺条件为:摩尔比为对硝基苯酚∶环氧乙烷=1.03~1.05,反应平均温度为110℃左右,催化剂加入量为对硝基苯酚的3%,采用乙醇和水的混合物进行处理,产品收率可达到87%左右.试验结果表明:此方法优于国内外文献报道的其他合成方法,收率高、成本低、产品纯度高,适合于工业化生产.

Abstract:A new process was presented to synthesize p-nitrophenyl ethanol ether with p-nitrophenol and epoxy ethane as raw material and with alkaline as catalyst.The factors affecting the quality and yield were discussed and the optimum conditions were obtained.The mole ratio of p-nitrophenol and epoxy ethane should be ranging from 1.03 to 1.05,the range of reaction average temperature should be 110 ℃,and the catalyst concent ratio 3% of the p-nitrophenol.By using the mixed solvent of ethanol and water,the production rate was 87%.The results show that the proposed process is superior to the reported methods.It features advantages of high yield,low cost and high purity of product and could be suitable for industrialization production.
