主动防翻装置液压系统设计

摘    要:针对主动防翻装置的要求,设计了基于分流阀的液压系统.以虚拟试验得到的液压缸输出作用力为液压系统仿真的输入量,输出位移为其合理性验证的依据,应用AMESim软件对分流阀和液压回路进行了建模、仿真.仿真的结果为:前、后液压缸输出位移与试验值分别相差0.003 m和0.001 2 m,同步精度达到2.8%;两个液压缸的输出速度也稳定在0.000 5 m/s左右.表明所设计的基于分流阀同步液压系统满足主动防翻装置的要求.

Abstract:A hydraulic system utilizing the dividing valve was designed to act as an actuator in the active anti-roll device.To investigate the performance of this hydraulic system,a simulation technique was introduced by using simulation software AMESim,with which the dividing valve,the hydraulic loop were modeled and simulated.The force and displacement of the active anti-roll device were tested by simulative experiment.The differences between experimental and simulation results of forward and backward hydraulic cylinders were 0.003 m and 0.001 2 m respectively.The synchronization precision is 2.8%;the output velocity difference of the two cylinders is 0.000 5 m/s.The results prove that the designed hydraulic system is feasible for the active anti-roll device.
