排气消声器不稳定流动边界条件的研究

摘    要:本文建立了一个用于发动机气体交换过程模拟计算的排气消声器模型。对于国产车用发动机广泛采用的双膨胀腔式抗性消声器(如EQ6100发动机用排气消声器),用专门设计的研究气体波动边界条件的气体单波实验台验证表明,其计算结果明显优于已存在的单腔容积模型,并在计算前无需对消声器做任何预先实验。用此模型对实际发动机换气过程进行计算,其结果表明,排气消声器对排气系内压力波动的影响应予以考虑。

Abstract:A calculated model of muffler, using for numerical simulating of gas exchange process in I. C. engine is suggested in this paper. The suggested model has been verified by testing the reactive type mufflers with two expansion chambers (e. g. EQ6100 engine exhaust muffler) on a specially designed single-wave gas test rig which is used for studying gas flow boundary conditions. A series of calculations and tests show that the suggested model is superior to that of the existing single volume model, and no any preliminary experiment needs for making calculation. Calculating the gas exchange process in I. C. engine by this simulated model indicates that the effects of muffler on pressure wave of the exhaust pipe system should be considered.
