发动机活塞组瞬态摩擦力特性的实验研究

摘    要:活塞组摩擦损失占整台发动机机械损失的很大一部分。因此,减小活塞组的摩擦力能有效地改善燃油经济性。本文着重用瞬时IMEP 法对活塞组瞬态摩擦力特性进行实验研究。此外还探讨了发动机负荷和转速,机油粘度,机油添加剂,活塞环道数和径向弹力等因素对摩擦损失的影响。

Abstract:The frictional loss of piston assembly make up a substantial portionof engine's mechanical loss.Therefore reducing the friction force of piston assemblyimproves the fuel economy effectively.This paper is devoted emphatically to the exper-imental research on the characteristics of the instantaneous friction force of piston ass-embly by instantaneous IMEP method.Some acting factors on the friction force,suchas engine load and speed,oil viscosity and additives,the number of piston rings andtheir elastic pressure,etc.were discussed.
