| 摘 要： | 当今篮球比赛，进攻和防守的对抗性越来越激烈，比赛中在篮下投篮是比较困难的。本文介绍中距离投篮在篮球比赛中的作用和意义，以及如何创造中投机会及实践性训练。准确的中距离投篮能迫使对方防守区域的扩大，“解放”内线，盘活整个球队。

| Abstract: | In a basketball match today, both attack and defence have become more fierce. It is difficult for a player to score a basket under the board. This article is mainly about the importance and significance of the perimeter shot in a basketball match, and also about how to make more chances to do the perimeter shot and practical training in this. Accurate shots can enlarge the defensive area of the other side, thus making the whole team more powerful. |
