油田保温设计选材趋向

摘    要:在对我国保温材料的科研、生产状况调研的基础上,结合有关工业绝热工程保温设计的国标、部标的制订情况,指出了我国油田保温设计选材的趋向,即向超轻型、憎水型、复合型、组合型、涂抹型和多元化方向发展。指出了保温材料密度的发展趋势,几种复合保温结构目前已实行和可行的方案,意在使保温材料厂家更好地了解保温材料的发展趋势以及注意资金投入的方向。

Abstract:On the basis of investigating the scientific research and production condition of domestic heat insulation material and combaining with the drawing up condition of the state standard, ministry standard of the related industrial heat insulation engineering design,the authors point out that the material-selection of oilfield hebt insulation design is towards superlight or lighter, water repellent, compound, combination,painting and pluralize etc.
