丙烷制冷的理论分析及在轻烃回收中的应用

摘    要:结合多年的设计经验,分析比较了丙烷等制冷工质的热力学特性,肯定了丙烷是一种理想的制冷工质,并分析发当丙烷中存在乙烷、丁烷等组份时作为混合制冷工质的热力学特性。指出常规丙制冷工艺流程中存在的不足,提出了改进后并已投入运行的丙烷制冷工艺流程,给出了提高丙烷制冷系统能力和降低压缩机功能消耗的措施,并对压缩机等主要制设备的设计、选型提出了建议。

Abstract:Combining many years design experience the author analyses thc thermodynamics characteristics of propane refrigeration work mediums, affirms that propane is an ideal refrigeration work medium,analyses its special character of its thermodynamics when ethane,butane etc existed in propane and takes for mixed refrigeration work mediums.The article points out the defect existing in the process flow of the convention propane refrigeration,puts forward the propane refrigeration process flow which has been improved and put into production,shows the measures which increases refrigerating capacity of refrigeration system and decreasing power consume of compressors and put up some suggestions on the main refrigeration devices design and type selection.
